Replace any mention of Coronavirus with the word biscuits

This isn’t anything more than some light hearted coding to find and replace any mention of Coronavirus from a page and replaces it with the word biscuit.

No real reason for this, and i can not for the life of me remember who made the original code that i adapted, sorry unknown person.
